Sam’s Club log in ?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to their Sam’s credit card account? I can’t log in and it’s been a week. I called a week ago and the rep said there’s been issues and people are having issues and to give it a few weeks. I asked if my account had been hacked she said no. It’s been over a week and still can’t log in so I’m curious if anyone else had the same problem.
I'm in southern ca

my first thought my account was frozen because some tried hacking it.
2nd thought I wonder if hackers are doing a ransom like the gas hack that happened

I posted this June 15th and was having issues even before that. Well I was still having trouble up until Monday. I called and was transferred to it department. I was told I had to add the @......com to the end of my user name, which gave me a different error code. I told the lady I only enter my username. She looked on my account and said no, I needed the @....com and since I hadn’t logged into my account in 3 years I’d have to reset password. I told her I log in several times and recent was early June. We went back and fourth disagreeing. Very weird situation but I ended up registering my card again and it finally worked
