sales tax and hotel tax on rates

hey all just wondering if anybody knows the tax rate is on the rooms rates and also the hotel tax . I am still trying to figure out if staying on site is cheaper than using my hotel employee discount rate which is 53.99 plus tax.
We would be camping in tents if that makes a differance

I've moved this thread to the Disney Resorts board. And to answer your question...

Most of the resorts on Disney property are located in Orange County, where the sales tax is 6.5%. An additional 6% resort tax is added, making the total 12.5%.

However, the All Star Resorts are located in Osceola County, where the sales tax is 7%. The total resort tax there is 13%.
