salad/salad bar/pasta

Hi Everyone-I will be traveling w/my Vegetarian friend in July. (no meat or eggs, but will each cheese) Can anyone think of any counter-service type places that offer more than the typical garden salad, or some type of Vegetarian pasta? I am going to start checking out the menus, but personal experience would be great. TIA!

If you are limited to counter-service only...

Animal Kingdom:
Pizzafari has a cheese pizza and also breadsticks with cheese and marinara sauce.

Hollywood Studios:
The Backlot Express and Studio Catering Co. have grilled veggie sandwich with mushrooms, red peppers, zucchini, tomato, and cheese.

Epcot:
Sunshine Seasons (Land) has many veggie options - one of the best is a veggie tofu noodle bowl or veggie sandwich.

Magic Kingdom:
Cosmic Rays has veggie burgers and veggie wraps.

I have read that people enjoy 'Ohana as vegetarians, as long as they let the chef know several days in advance that they will be there. So there are options that are off the menu too.

You can go to Port Orleans Riverside food court- they have a make your own salad bar, and make your own pasta bar!
