Saga of the Queen of Resort Changes~Two TRs in One *COMPLETED*

Wow what a magical time pixiedust:at Via Napoli!! Now I am sorry we aren't going back there in Sept! There is something so lovely about that restaurant. Glad you enjoyed the Sangria!!:goodvibes

I did not know it was faster to EPCOT via the MK boat instead of the CR boat!!!

Your day at EPCOT sounded wonderful! Can't wait to have our 25th Anniversary pizza and Sangria!:goodvibes

Best anniversary meal EVER!!!!! :flower3:

From CR Monorail...you go to TTC & then Epcot...but MK has express monorail to Epcot :thumbsup2 It may not be too much of a difference....but the monorail ramp is right by the boat dock :)

I am really enjoying your TR! I had white sangria at a family get-together last weekend and really liked it. I would probably not even consider ordering it (I don't like sweet drinks) but think my DD and I might give it a try. In a year. *sigh* More time to plan and always more notes to add to my trip files. (thanks for this one) :)

Sounds like a very fun (adult) afternoon in the World Showcase! :thumbsup2

You know I'm excited to hear your glowing review of Via Napoli! :cool1: I can't wait to eat there in October!!!

I'm so glad you liked Via Napoli!!! I always get the spag and veal meatballs, and DH gets the pepperoni pizza and we split both. We're twins! They're soooooooooooooo good!!! The arancini is pretty good, and I love finishing the meal with lemon sorbetto or chocolate gelato!!

Sorry about the margaritas :( I like the nachos from the Cantina.... but can't speak for much else.

Ready for another update!!!

You're welcome!!!!!! And I saw your post on the WL thread about the critters...there was a little boy on the boat with us one morning who mentioned he saw a gator (a little one) and the look I gave DH was ARGH!!! SERIOUSLY!!! (mind you I watch River monsters A LOT) And he hugged me and reminded me we were in Florida.....Didn't know bats liked WDW too though :faint: He just wanted to see Wishes from the balcony....

AHHHH Sangria.....

Sounds like a very fun (adult) afternoon in the World Showcase! :thumbsup2

We are twins Deena....now if I could just get DH to agree to quit his job....I can totally afford the 4BR Apt in your complex ::yes::

Let's continue on to America...

Nah, too full...moving on..

Now is where the world goes by fast after some Sangria, and lots of lovey dovey hand holding

Japan is next...

food..too full
alcohol..nah

HELLO KITTY STORE :thumbsup2

DH wouldn't let me buy anything, because I wanted to buy EVERYTHING :hyper:

My girls LOVE Hello Kitty, and there were eyeglass cases they would have loved...alas DENIED...:furious:

Fine (pouting and stomping my feet)!

DH points out France is next (OK it wasn't but we decided it should be)

Ah France, home of the Grey Goose Slushie :worship:

We did stop in the bakery...but I had no room in the belly...I think the heat & humidity made the bakery not quite as appetizing....but there was room for slushies :woohoo:

And this my friends concludes our tour of World Showcase...

Queen Pas got herself tipsy & there's FP for Soarin'...

Yep, this should be good :rolleyes1

I am so Jealous that I can no longer drink as I read about you drinking around the world but I will have to delight in looking at the yummy pizza from Via Napoli. We enjoyed our lunch there in March, I have 2 ADRs for there in Nov/ Dec :cool1:

The "lovey dovey hand holding" made me giggle!

Doing Soarin while tipsy? That should be interesting! :rotfl2:

Love Via Napoli :) Glad you did, too :goodvibes. Can't wait to eat there again in November !
I would fly all the way back just to spend a day in WS...as long as my plane wasn't delayed of course....;)

 luckily I do think the heat evaporated some of the alcohol in my body....:upsidedow

Sounds like a fun time around World Showcase. I plan on having a drink in every country in October.

I just booked us at Via Napoli.

It was great! You and DH will have a great time, and it's kinda a stop to sit & eat Midway through :thumbsup2.

My plan was a drink at each country.... Best laid plans, right??

Hello my friends!!!!!!!!

Sorry it took me so long to update :grouphug:

Where did I leave off........

Tipsy, leaving France, drinking never ending Grey Goose Slushie...craving Fish & Chips but still very, very full from Via Napoli :goodvibes

We get to The Land, and make it to Soarin for our FP time...thank goodness, as the Standby wait was 80 minutes, and FP were done for the day :scared:

Soarin' was AMAZING!!! I really love that ride (and no Airsickness from the alcohol ;))

After Soarin' DH & I went back on Living with the Land again :woohoo:

As we got off the ride, DH suggested we ask about the walking tour. I thought for sure it would be done for the day...but people we coming into the building with ponchos in droves...so why not ask??? Maybe we could do it in the morning, right????

WRONG!!! There was one last tour, in 5 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!:flower3:

Perfect, bought two tickets with the AP discount, got our nametags, hit the potty, and we were ready to roll....

The Behind the Seeds Tour was GREAT!!!

It only costs about $15 PP with the AP rate, there was 7 of us, our guide was great!!! And if you like gardening, or hidden Mickeys....DO IT!!!

Heck just the fact you are "behind the scenes" of an actual ride....is so cool:cool2:

In the beginning of the tour, 3 people are picked to release ladybugs for pest control, DH was one (but he gave them to me) :lmao:

Here's some pics....

:woohoo: And caught up here as well! :thumbsup2

Love your trip! Via Napoli is really good, isn't it, and we loved the walking tour of the Greenhouse too ....... and by the way, once it's time you can live right next to MY spot in the greenhouse! :rotfl2:

Our Jeanette is back and with super-terrific pictures! So great to see you posting to your TR. I just loved the BTST, too - those CMs do a great job - lots of fun. DD got to release the ladybugs, too - a real Kodak moment.

I liked that we got to taste the Mickey cucumber!!! Very cool!

Ah Hah Karin, claiming my greenhouse are you :rotfl: Wouldn't it be dreamy to live in Epcot...even if it was the End of the World as we know it...(and yes I am singing the R.E.M. song in my head)

It's great to be back  And even better to be back in the Dis Spirit :cool1: I am SO glad we stopped to check about the tour. We love the ride, I always feel like its corny to say that...but I love it! The fish feeding part was cool, it was all cool...and Brian got great gardening tips from the guide ::yes::
