We are booked to stay here in two weeks and despite several emails asking the question to the resort nobody has replied to say if there are safes available or not. Can any one help please?

There was a safe in the closet of the king bed room of the 2 bedroom condo. It was small - can't fit a laptop. And I believe you have to make sure at the front desk to get the key.

ETA: Click on the first trip report link under my signature, I don't have a picture of the safe, but there are pictures of the condos, if you're interested.

I have a picture of it, but it's on Snapfish (which you can't post here). Send me your e-mail address and I'll e-mail it to you.

Yes, ask for the key. It's not very large- it held two wallets, iPods, a small digital camera, an envelope of cash and tickets, and a small jewelry pouch. I don't think we could have fit much more in there- def. not a laptop. But for odds and ends it's fine.

When you check in they ask if you want to use the safe in your room. If so, you have to sign for it and pay an add'l $2. per day, IIRC. My dh has a smallish laptop and was able to fit it in. If you stay in the 3 b/r unit, there is an add'l safe in the lock-off room. HTH
