Safeco Insurance Company

We are looking into new insurance for our cars. Does anyone have any experience with this company, Safeco Insurance Company? They gave us a great quote but dont know much about them. TIA

I don't know much about them, but I do know they are owned by Liberty Mutual.

We've had Safeco for our home insurance for years. They are a little higher than other companies I think, but they are very responsive, and their customer service is great. We had a pipe burst one February when we were in Mexico. I think it had just happened a little before we got home at 2:00 am, but we called Safeco, and someone came out the next day, and they had ServePro here with their fans and stuff later that day I think.

We've gotten cheaper quotes, but we choose to stay with them. However, I can't speak to Auto insurance with them.
