Safari Spectacular- what time will they allow people in now with extended Sept hours?

I was wondering if anyone knows what time the Safari Spectacular will begin and also what time they will allow guests with no park ticket in now that September hours for the park have been extended?

From the event details page:

Time: 9:30 PM to midnight; Members and their guests can enter the park as early as 7:00 PM

If you want to enter prior to 7 pm, you need valid park admission.

That's what I told my one guest who will not have a ticket. Maybe things will change.
