According to Kenny the Pirates website, no Inside Out characters will be meeting at Epcot. They were rumored to be there soon.
Baymax is there just no FP+ for him.

But I thought they had taken away several other character meet and greets. Is there really only one new one coming? Maybe it's still coming?

Joy and Sadness will be at Epcot "soon" as reported by Kenny.

Basically, when Aurora, Chip, Dale, Tigger, and Pooh leave Epcot on Saturday, they won't be immediately replaced by anyone.

In a couple of months, Chip and Dale return when Pluto and Daisy switch places.

We did go see Baymax and honestly no FP+ was needed when we went or any time we walked past there.

What we also noticed was the construction walls next to him (where Inside Out was rumored) and all the posters on them were talking about pardon our dust while we build for San Fransokyo. The other guests in line with us were all saying how they would love to meet the other Big Hero 6 characters. I think either could work with same theme but guess we'll have to wait longer where it goes.

We went last May and waited an hour to see Baymax and Hiro at HS. It was horribly hot and only certain places in the line had AC, or working AC anyway. Glad to hear the wait at Epcot wont be as bad since I know my oldest will want to see them again.

As Hiro said, much faster now. No signing autographs, no talking, just some hugging and cute interacting then on your way. SO MUCH BETTER NOW!

I went in December 2014 and it was miserably hot in there then too. It was the longest I've ever waited for anything at Disney.

We saw Baymax during Christmas week and the wait then was only about 30 minutes. He is adorable!

Did rope drop for Baymax today since no FP for him and I had them for all the rides I wanted them for that I could rope drop. He's cute but not super interactive. I think I prefer face characters/talking characters. Just walked back by him and I'd guess the wait is at least 30 min
