I am so depressed. I booked a SW package on 4/28 for 8/29 because I feared losing out on "free dining"-Ha Ha, they extented the offer and my dates and resort are still wide open. I booked the SW package because the airfare savinging was significant at the time and again I feared getting closed out on flights--Ha Ha again, flights are still wide open and now they are 59.00 OW....I guess the joke is on me and I feel stupid. If I cancel with SW I have to pay 300.00(50pp) and when I figure everything out that is about what the savings would be if I booked everything separately, so what's the sense...that's 300.00 could have had to spend on my kids. SW vacations won't do anything for me.... 
...funny I came to this forum to get some resort transportation info and some SW posts jumped out at me and that is where I found out about the new airfare!! Ugh. What's so disheartening is that I have told my kids we can't swing the water park option (another 270.00), and if I could have got the price reduction it would have paid for it....
