SAB Pool at Yacht Club

How does the wrist band system work for SAB?......I'll be staying at Yacht club and was wondering how they handle that......we are going in early Feb. so pools obviously not as crowded but was wonedring how they handle it......do they give you wrist bands when you check in or?..........

We were just there in October. When you enter the pool area, which is fenced in, the attendant at the entrance will ask to see your room key, which each person needs to have, and then he'll give you a wristband. You will need a new one each day as they change the colors daily.

It is, but entry is still quite easy, either by following a group going in through the gate, or entering through the lake on the eastern side of the ship slide (latter can be a little tricky, CMs sometimes monitor that area).

nearly spit out my coffee laughing when I saw last post........but I am actually staying at Yacht Club so don't suppose I'll need to spend that money......man, saying things like that on this site is like throwing gas on a fire..........good luck to you Danthesand.........

Don't forget to put your mugs from 4 years ago that you "found" under someone else's towel, in your bag with those wristbands!

Or a good sense of humor, given those who've read my other posts on SAB know I feel it doesn't live up to all the hype (is proverbially crowded, isn't good for small kids outside the sand area and is hard to navigate). Then again, I enjoy the obsession with SAB that appears on DIS, it must lower the traffic at all the other nice pools at WDW
