SAB during Christmas

We are going to stay the first night of our stay in a studio before beginning our 5 night stay at AKV. I know it is very unlikely or even 100% not going to happen, but I am going to request at BCV first when our 7 month window opens up on Tuesday before working my way through the other villas for any possible availability.

Anyway, my question is this (I tried search and came up with nothing): if you stay at BCV on 12-19, are DVC members staying there able to use SAB? Who do the blackout dates apply to? If we are not allowed to use SAB for the one day we are staying, then I will request a different resort first.

If you're staying at BCV, then you are allowed to swim in the pool there.

I think the blackout dates you are referring to are for DVC members who can normally pool-hop, but are not allowed to around certain times of the year (usually holiday periods). NO ONE, not even DVC members are allowed to pool-hop to SAB though. Only guests staying there can use the pool.
