S/O, staying at Non-DVC resort but on DVC points

Who do we call for this reservation? MS or CRO? And what is the timeframe?

We still want to stay at the campground sometimes, if we don't, I think my kids will divorce me.

Any reservation that will be made using DVC points must go thru Member Services and may be made 11 months in advance. If it's a non-DVC cash reservation, CRO is the place to call.

Thanks Doc. that is what i thought, but we don't have dates yet, and I didn't want to waste MS time just asking the question.
