Ugh. Our transmission blew as we drove through the gates. Mobile repair says we need to replace it but I also don't really trust the guy and am not anxious to tow to his shop. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good honest shop? Ideally we'd find someone to replace ours while we wait a day or two. The service guy suggested we rent a car, drive home the 1400 miles, abandon the motorhome, and then who knows what. Very unhelpful. He couldn't even give us quotes from his shop or look for parts so we could know if they could even do it but he happily charged a mobile service fee. Thanks for your help. I need to get this figured out quickly.

What type of chassis does the RV have and do you know what drivetrain it has ? Orlando has some good repair shops.

Try 535 Auto care. We and friends have found them honest, good, and efficient 13480 State Rt 535 just past I/4 407 938 9345

Thank you! We ended up talking to a guy from all transmission world. They lined up towing and think they can help us before we leave. What a change to our trip! I hope this turns out okay.

How is transmission world treating you? Did it blow at the gate arriving or leaving?
