RustMan Request Help

I'm trying to request two autograph covers through RustMan. I go to his posts and directions, but I'm not sure where to submitt my request as he lists specific pages for holidays, sports etc and the "Marion's DISign REQUESTS" seems to be closed.

Help?

anyway, my links are in my Meet the DISigners profile. And the closed one notes that it is closed. All threads must close at the max of 250 pages!
