Will be heading into Orlando around the 4 pm time frame on a Friday afternoon (I-95 South to I-4 West) to Disney. Am I going to be stuck in traffic for an extended period?

It will be busy but I don't think you will do much sitting. If you can connect onto 417 and come down you will find it a much better experience.

I know you can connect near Sanford.
