Rush Hour Traffic?

This will be my first trip to IofA and US. I'll need to get to the airport by 5pm on a Monday. How long should I give myself to get there from US?

the Beeline is one exit down from UO and then it's about 10 miles to the airport. with the tolls, give yourself about a half hour to be safe.
