Rush hour traffic on Tuesday, Burbank/US to Anaheim?

I am still working on this part of our trip, but we will either spend a Tuesday in July at Universal Hollywood or on the Warner Bros lot seeing the Conan Show taping. We will be heading to the Park Vue Inn that evening. What kind of commute times are we looking at depending on when we leave? Is rush hour from around 3-8? Would you recommend leaving later, like around 8pm if possible. If we left at 6ish, how long would the commute take? Thank you so much!

At 6pm that can easily be a 1.5-2 hour drive.

8pm things get a bit less crazy and more likely a 1:15-1:30 drive.

If you go to google maps online you can enter Disneyland and directions from USH and play around with departure times and it will give you estimated typical travel times

Don’t leave at 6, that will be miserable, god forbid there is an accident in the mix. Leave after 8:00 or 8:30.
