Day 1 start!!
Ok so let's make an attempt to start Day 1...Some of the photos were already posted but it's all good---see them again
I didn't get any sleep on Sunday night since my tooth was in so much pain but I posted here and passed time then layed down and relaxed for an hour or so finally getting up @ 4:10. Melissa gave a call at 4:20 to make sure I was up since the plan was for me to call her and I didn't and then I made my way downstairs to my moms house to see if she was moving. By 4:50 we were loading the car and heading to pick up Melissa who only lives 2 blocks away. I felt so nervous all morning because of my tooth that I brought a bag with me in case I got sick

.
We arrived at Logan Airport within 40 minutes and I had to say goodbye to TC for a week

We made our way in and got to the counter to check our luggage. We wondered if Tino and his family had showed up yet and couldn't wait to get to the gate to find out.
Easily through security we made our first stop at Starbucks (I have an extreme addiction )
then made our way to our
and saw there was nobody there yet. If Tino's family showed they'd take up half the seats LOL.
We snapped a couple of photos and I popped my Tylenol and Dramamine hoping I could rest on the plane.
At 6:30 we started getting nervous because we had to board @ 7 and there was no sign of Tino or his family but moments later they arrived and told us their van driver was horrible. WHEW at least they made it.
Tino and his girlfriend Jess
We boarded and realized we were all sitting in the front of the plane and Melissa was seated with Tino's younger brother Chello. I think she scared that boy with her nervousness....She told him she was going to cry and squeeze his hand and he looked scared. There was a LOT of nervous chatter coming from her seat lol
Our Pilot:
flight attendant
The flight down SUCKED for me. (the flight itself was aweome, smooth, great attendants etc) I was in so much pain I couldn't bear it. I kept praying I could fall asleep and when I awoke we would be on the ground. No such luck. My tooth and ear felt like an explosion was about to happen. We landed 10 minutes ahead of schedule (I think we always do! LOL)
and we made our way down to DME. The check-in line took about 10 minutes and Melissa and Momma Nails sat down to wait for me. When I turned back to them they had company---14 people to be exact. Tino and his friends/family. Wish I got a picture of them!
The CM's were friendly
and got me on my way quickly and we immediately boarded the bus (where I ALWAYS sit in the last seats) and waited about 20 minutes for them to fill the bus---Tino and his family again took up half of it lol.
First stop Pop and then we finally make it to CSR. At this point I was near tears and needed Oragel or something right then and there so we stopped in the store and I bought "Dentapain" later known for its name to ring true (when Id put it I would get severe shooting pains for a few minutes following and then it would stop).
We headed to the check-in desk and there were just a few people ahead of us. We chatted with a manager who asked if we had ever stayed there before and made sure we were happy during our wait.
This is what I had to say last Monday after check-in:
so we got to CSR today rather quickly with no hold-ups. When we got to the desk to check-in we saw Luisito from last year and chatted with him for a minute---he is so sweet. The girl that helped us (Annette) was amazing...She said our room wasn't ready but she would find us a room---a RENOVATED room with water view. So we ended up in Cabanas 9A . We have a great view.
LOVE the new rooms!
We dropped off the carry-ons and headed to the Pepper Market and all got Fajitas for lunch. Came back and I took some pain meds and we went to lay by the pool (started off on a hammock) where I fell asleep for an hour. Finally a bit of rest.
I had also mentioned that we were supposed to have a water delivery that appeared to be lost. I had my UPS confirmation that someone on the DOCK signed for it so we knew it was there---it was just a matter of getting someone on the phone who knew also!
Finally they found it and when it was delivered we are told there is a new company handling deliveries to the room and there is a $5 charge (expcted to go up and will depend on weight) for items (grocery delivery etc) to the room. I must have looked blown away because the woman said "you didn't know, we'll waive it this time". That was nice of her but kinda crappy about the new delivery fee. Still cheaper then buying water constantly in WDW though. (We bought from Costco a few days prior and paid $7 for the case with tax and shipping)
We started slowly getting ourselves together when out luggage showed up--which was really nice since we felt "grubby" from being up in the comfy clothes since 4am.
I have the rest of Day 1 typed up--just trying to add photos is taking awhile so I'll try later
