Run (don't walk) to Target....Disney goodies in the $1 Spot!

I got stuff for stocking stuffers but wanted to let you all know we were disappointed with the magnetic doll-things. The girl and the dresses/ accessories are all cut from the same sheet, so they do not stick to one another. Does that make sense? DD wanted Belle's dress to stay on her, but it doesn't.

Has anyone else played with this item yet?

Another good item, is the multi-colored pen. It's one chubby pen and you can choose 6 different colors. I love these things! It's a necklace and I wore it in my class today ---- a couple of my HS girls asked me if I had any more.

I was just at target the other day and they had lots of cute goodies but not one thing disney...I was really hoping to find the princess magnet things ..really upset and disapointed .. :confused3

I wish Walmart would do a dollar spot like Target!

Not me -- I love Target, but let Wal-Mart do what they do best. Sell cheap stuff cheap.

Let Target sell the cool stuff and BTW, the Dollar Spot Rocks!

I bought two of the Disney iron-ons (pooh and tinkerbell!) and ironed them the shoulder of a cute grey and pink hoodie and a cute blue trimmed polo for my wife to take to WDW in a few weeks. It was her birthday and I had to work until 9pm every day this week, so I went to Target, bought the shirts, iron-ons and a couple of Disney's Greatest CDs (1&2). When I got home, I put a cd on, had her close her eyes and listen on headphones. While she was listening, I ironed on the iron-ons. I also got her a couple of the Pooh sticky note pads from the dollar spot for her desk at school. After I finished I laid the shirts in front of her on the bed and when she opened her eyes she had the surprise of the two unique Disney shirts.

We had agreed to no presents for this b-day becuase I agreed to the vacation in WDW later the same month and we didn't want to spend extra money. I figured getting her a few Disney things for her b-day wasn't breaking that promise because they were for the vacation.

I also got her a huge bouquet of Stargazer lilies the night before, but I told her they weren't for her b-day, that I would have bought them for her anyway...

Yikes! We just got these yesterday and haven't played with them. We were saving them for our trip. DD will be very disappointed if the dresses and accessories don't stick! Isn't that the whole point? If anyone has any suggestions... please do tell! Otherwise, I might just return them. Hey $3 is a Mickey Bar in MK! Thanks for the heads up!

I love Target too! My point was that I shop for a lot of my "consumables" at Walmart and then end up spending a lot more $ because I just have to check out the too cute things to pass up at Target!

What a sweet thing to do for your DW! :)

It's kind of off the subject, but I saw the picture above of Peter Pan. Does anyone know where to run into him? DS is four and a huge fan. I didn't think they even had this character around. I know that will make the trip for him!!!

Thanks!! I grabbed a few of the magnet items and the little book and pen for DD for our trip. Granted the magnets we are using right now as potty training rewards for each time she goes she gets to open a set and play with them on her magnet board. Thanks for posting about all of this!!

Across from Pirates of the Caribbean - it's usually listed on the Times Guide. :)

Way to go Mommy!!!! Very sweet.

I'll have to go to another Target and see if I can find Cinderella. I tried out the magnet dresses and they worked just fine for me, not a very powerful magnet, but the dress stayed on the figure.

OH yeah! I loaded up on about $30 worth this weekend! All Princess and Winnie the Pooh for me!

What time does Target close? I can't wait until tomorrow! :yay: :yay:

Thanks for letting us know!

I went to taret today thanks for the info. I also found a toddler bed set that is the Disney Princesses. It was on clearance for $8.50. The whole set!! And I picked up the bottom sheet and a pillow case for $2.50. Be on the look out!! :thumbsup2

I got $13 of stuff and only 3 or 4 for DD! lol. Some are christmas presents for a co-worker who loves Pooh. (Putting together a basket for her.) :cool1:

Ours had post it notes magnetsand journals also fat pens with cord . I was thrilled as they had Pooh .I had found Princess ones for the girls at a Dollar store but couldn't find anything for DGS so I got him one plus some post itsfor all of them. They only had Pooh and Princess' I may get more as they are cute!!Thanks for the tip.

Target also has glow sticks and glow necklaces in the $1 spot. They will be on clearance after Halloween if you can wait.

I just got back from Target and was coming to post on here about the great deal. I picked up stuff for goody bags for my mom (Pooh) and my future sister-in-law (Princesses). We aren't going to get to WDW until next July so I wanted them to have a little something to make them smile.

Would anyone be willing to sell a tinkerbell iron on and one of the magnet dolls?I looked again at target and they had no disney at all ...I will keep trying ..But i doubt they will get it ... :confused3
