I think the idea of "theme parks are outside but movie theaters and sporting events should not occur" becomes an interesting exercise.
Obviously, NHL and NBA are arena-based. Baseball and soccer stadiums are hybrid, and if you want to call them inside, ok.
But it leads to a question of what you need to close/not have available in a theme park if bars, movie theaters and sporting events are not advised. Just thinking through MK, that likely shuts TS eateries and inside dining areas. Even with guidance on queues, assume Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Laugh Floor, Carousel of Progress, Tiki Room, Philharmagic, Peter Pan, Small World, Haunted Mansion, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Pirates. Probably need to shut down Astro Orbiter or have really strict elevator process. Obviously, if salons are still closed, BBB is shut. Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse and TS Island are goners because they cannot be cleaned between guests.
That is a serious cutback on experience.
