Sorry, no more details than that... Because of the lack of further information I'm calling this a reliable rumor....

It's rumoured the Jambo House portion will be done early

imo, too soon for CRV

of course, since i just laid down a deposit for Royal Pacific 10/08 & need to book Disneyland hotel & airfare for both trips next week...

they probably will start taking deposits when i'm cash poor

My guesses are:

1) They will be late mailing out the DVC 2008 Planners

2) They will be ready to provide the details on changes to the World Passport Collection.

Goldi - I count this as reliable because if the announcement is "the new hours for member services are now active" that will still be an announcement

I think it's an annoucement to announce a sign that itself will be an announcement for another sign, which in turn announces Disney Best Kept Secret

Agree with this one- would do DDP with Apps but not with dessserts in most casees. Will have to go with DDE this year as my family just doesn't do desserts. Even when we had DDP we often did not eat all of the desserts and DH didn't even order one.

Imagine the CRV announcement , early completion of parts of AKV , or beginning sales of GCV might be more the case however.
