RS Transports reassurance

I've just made a reservation on the RS Transports website for a shared shuttle from CDG Airport to the Hipark Serris Val d'Europe next month. I had an email confirming receipt of payment but when I returned to their website I had an error which said:

You did not can pay your reservation,

Cause: Unknown case, please, contact the webmaster

Has the happened to anybody else before? When do you normally receive an email confirming the booking?

I will email RS Transports but wanted a bit of reassurance from you guys ;)

They will email u bk with answer. Cant u check ur balance and see if it has been paid ?
 
Oh meant to say....yes it has happened to me. Reason was my bank suspected unusual activity on my card as Its a foreign transaction. No reflection on rs transports as they are highly recommended and I always use them. Phoned bank and they unblocked my card after I told them it was me and not fraudster lol

Long shot but u never know, maybe same thing.
 

I used RS Transports earlier this week from and to Orly and they were very reliable but I was told to pay the driver, so I have no experience of paying beforehand. Did you pay by credit card? The email I had confirming my reservation came the next day and was very brief (literally: "It's confirmed.you pay to the driver on arrival & see you on 29th.") but I rang them as well on 0033675635035. It did seem a little vague to me but worked out well so I wouldn't worry, just give them a call to check. :goodvibes
 
Thanks for your reply. Just checked my email and I've had the confirmation through. Looks like the error was unrelated to the booking. First time I've used RS Transports so I was a bit concerned.

Definitely makes our visit to DLP seem more real :)
 
We used RS Transports in September and many times before. They are always very reliable. however the last time we had an issue with payment but it was due to me paying by credit card late in the evening and if the payment doesn't get accepted by them before midnight the transaction is rejected .. all to do with the French bank they use. It was all sorted out though and we received a great service from them.
