RR Spin in Toon Town

I really enjoyed Toon Town in DL. Anyone know what they plan on doing with RR Spin ride? I know a child was killed. But seems an awful shame to leave that building vacant. It makes it even more eerie.

They reopened Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin a few months ago.

has anyone else noticed how 'boncey' this ride is now?? The last time I went on it before the refurb was in June '99 and when the accident occured I thought there is no way that someone could "fall" out. But after riding it in August I had second thoughts. Also the refurb, makes it really hard to get in and out of, esp. for a full figured person like myself.
