RPR Rates for Christmas week?

Anyone have an idea what I might expect for the week after Christmas? AT this point I can reserve RPR for Dec 16 - 18 for $159 a night. The 27 - 29 comes up at $299. Anyone think it will drop any from that?

dec 25 is in season I reserved dec 25-jan2 and it is 299 a night hope it gets lower

I'm also going that week. Will rates go lower? When? If I book now (thinking HRH at $329 for 1 to 2 nights) will I be able to apply the lower rates if it drops.

if the rates drop, call and your ressie will be modified to reflect the change

you will not get the lower rate unless you call in advance and ask for it.

book now, modify later.
hotel rooms do sell out sometimes.
