RPR e:mail address/fax number??

Please can anyone let me know the e:mail address for Royal Pacific resort?
I live in the UK and booked via a travel agent for the RPR for next year. I have also received my Loews card and wanted to send this to the hotel.
Do you reckon I will qualify for the upgrade/benefits albeit room booked via my travel agent?
