We are booked with a King Club room for Jan. 2003. Heard good and bad on this forum. Thanks to all for all of your tips. I can't wait!!! I've never stayed onsite at any park. This sounds like it will be an incredible experience.

1.) Are there guest useable refrigerators in the room?

2.) Do the bathrooms have a tub & shower, or just a shower?

3.) Can you see the fireworks from the Concierge Room? Or from your own private room?

4.) Can you walk to the Orange convention Center from the RPR or should you drive?

Thanks!!!!!:bounce:

1.) Each room has a mimi-bar fridge. I suppose you can put one or two small things in it, but I don't think you can fit a turkey into it.

2.) They have a tub and shower.

3.) It depends. This is a question for CPM! :)

4.) You could, but it will be a long walk! You can drive to the convention center or use public transportation (like a taxi, bus, etc.).

The tub and shower are 1 unit NOT seperate. We saw the MK's fireworks from our view, you can't see the IOA/US fireworks from any view. The PB has a fabulous view of the fireworls from any bay view room.

At RP, we're talking about RP not PBH, right?
In the concierge/club lounge you cannot see the fireworks. But I saw the IOA/US fireworks from my room, it was awesome!! Not all club rooms have this view only the pool view rooms.
You can get a fridge for an additional chage, but being at club level you really don't need one, they have so much available right at teh lounge. I brought a small cooler for some extra bottled waters and juice boxes. But we never drank any of the ones I brought with us.

Oh, I had room 3736 pool & fireworks view. It had a king bed & pull-out sofa. It's the last room at the end of the hallway. It's a bit of a hike from the elevator but I like end rooms they are quietr. It was above the boat launch area.

Are Club level rooms any larger than the other rooms with queen or king beds?

Just returned from club level RP. Rooms are the same size as any other in the hotel.

IMHO club level was AWESOME and worth the extra cost. Loved RP and would not hesitate to stay there again.

One thing about fireworks at US/IOA. I think they are done for the season :(

Re: the Club level freebies ... is the lounge open 24 hrs or do they have certain times during the day when it is open?

It's open 7:30am until 10:00pm. We would just take a couple of bottles of water on our way out & stick them in the ice bucket if we needed water later.
