DAY 5 (LAST DAY)

We wake up at the "normal" time and eat. In case you were wondering what we did for breakfast these 4 mornings, we brought mini boxes of cereal, mini muffins, and other such things, and just ate in the room! Clever, ain't we? LOL  Mom doesn't want to go to the park, so Dad, Sam, and I taxi to USO for some last soul-sucking on ROTM. Did this once, walk-on. Then, we saw that Twister was staring soon, so we leave the things in the lockers, and go for Twister. Well, having EP, we end up in the back row for the final soundstage. And we got SOAKED! Water dumped on our back, after we said "no water rides" over at IoA! :scared1: :rotfl: But, anyway, Twister was amazing, and looked so real and authentic. I liked this one over Earthquake, in general. ROTM one last time (our 7th for the whole trip) and we get our stuff to go to IoA. Once entering, we make a sharp left to Marvel Super Hero, and ride Hulk (me and Sam, I believe). Dr. Doom looked too long line-wise, and I was outvoted in doing Spidey (long-ish line anyway), so we taxi back. By now, we're hungry, hot, and thirsty, so Bula Bar for us 3 (Mom is on the beach relaxing). Hung out in the lobby until the MEARS shuttle picked us. We chatted with the family that was with us, and swapped stories of our vacations (they had stayed at PBH). Once at MCO, the lines weren't too bad for luggage and security. We grab good 'ol McDonald's for dinner, and sit by the gate. Well, it begins to rain. And then pour. And then the lightening and thunder started. :scared: All flights were delayed because the runway wasn't visable! OH NO! Thankfully, it cleared up, and we were only an hour or so delayed. Left around 7:30 or so, and had a decent flight. Landed in PVD (ahh, good 'ol RI for ya. Teeny-tiny runway, small terminal, the works) around 10:15 or so. Sam's parents met us there, and they had someone that I didn't expect to see! Sam is not an only child like me, and she has 3 sisters. The oldest, Kim, was at URI (or something like that). The middle, Nikki, was at home (or somewhere). So that leaves us with the youngest. Well, not that young, only 6 minutes. Yep, her twin sister Courtney! :goodvibes Now, I did NOT expect to see Court there, but we did. We're friends, too, of course. So, we get our luggage, and they drive us home. Well, we live about 5 minutes away from PVD, so this was good. You gotta love living so close to an airport, huh? :dance3: We go inside to get settled (about 10:45 by now), and I check my email (49 messages!) and the DIS.

Closing notes: a fantasical vacation! Wonderful job, Universal! I like it better than Disney. Move over, Mickey! Great time, will have to go back soon! Well, I already promised 3 of my other friends that we'd go when the Harry Potter part opens over by LC.

Peace out, homies! :hippie:
