RPH van pickup at airport?

Hi. I've never been to Universal before, and we have reservations for RPH for four nights before we do Disney. I've read on these boards that there's a van from RPH that will pick up guests at the airport. Can anyone give me more information on that? How much does it cost, and how often do they pick up? Is there are place on-site at Universal to rent a car (for when we are ready to do Disney)? Appreciate any info you can give.

The Universal hotels do NOT provide transportation from the airport. There are vans and towncars you can hire on your own. These services can also take to to Disney. If you have more than two people, it's actually less expensive to hire a town car than to take the shuttle van. Check out rates at www.yourride.net and www.mearstransportion.com Some other people on these boards have used Tiffany Town Cars and Florida Tours.

Transfers to RPH?
Two questions:

Does the RPH van pick up at the Amtrak station in Orlando or just from the airport?

After staying at Universal for three days we will be moving over to a Disney hotel for the remaindr of our vacation, will the RPH transfer us over there?

I don't think RPH will transfer you to Disney - I would call the hotel and check.

The only vans/busses provided by the Universal hotels take you to Seaworld, Wet N Wild, the Universal Parks, or the other Universal Hotels. They do NOT provide transportaion from the airport or Amtrack station. You have to hire a service on your own or get a taxi. The same applies for transferring to Disney World.
