RPH Club Level questions

Going to Universal for the first time, so we are clueless. Is it located on a separate floor? What are the amenities? Food offerings? How is it compared w/ Disney?

It is great. We went to RPH Club level 2 years ago. The food in the morning was bagels, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, etc. coffee, juice, etc. Evening snacks were shrimp and rice, crackers, heavy finger foods. It was very nice and we loved it. You also get a couple of cocktail hours every evening, and hot desserts after 8pm. I believe it is Tower 3 but I know it is on the 7th floor.

Never stayed onsite at Disney so I am unsure. I 've also never stayed at RPR, but I have stayed on HRH club. When I was deciding on what hotel to stay the info I gathered on RPR was:

There are rooms located on the club floor, but you can also upgrade any room to a club, is what I am told, not so at the HRH.

The lounge is open from 6:30am till 10:00pm for breakfast and offers bagels, toast, cold cereal, oatmeal, danish, doughnuts, coffee, tea, milk, juice, soda, water. All day long coffee, tea, soda, water is offered. Evening drinks (beer and wine) and nibbles are from 5pm-7pm, usually veggies and dip, and other finger food selections that change nightly. Dessert hour is 8:00pm-9:30pm. Also through out the day you may find granola bars, bags of chips, nuts, sometimes even cookies in there.
