We stayed at Royal Pacific Club last month. The rooms are the same as others in the hotel -- rather dark and cramped we thought. We had a view of two highways, so don't book club level to get a better view. Our room was just across the hall from the club room, however, which was very convenient. They served a nice continental breakfast in the a.m. -- juice, cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels, toast and really good hot cinnamon rolls. We also went for dessert one night -- there were good desserts but we saw exactly the same ones the next night at the luau.
We were somewhat annoyed because there was a short period each evening (like 1 hour) during which you could get beer and wine and that was it. Not like Disney Concierge where wine is available from canape-time on through the evening.
We paid $100 per night more for Club Level (and we had 2 rooms, so effectively it was $200 per night more). We liked the convenience of the breakfast, but I'm not sure it was worth that additional amount. We probably wouldn't do it again. I can say we liked it much better that HRH Club Level. That Club had very unhelpful, rather snooty attendants and not much at all in the way of food. We also liked Royal Pacific Hotel much better than HRH. RPH had a much more relaxed vacation-like atmosphere. HRH is too frenetic, IMO.
