I know it’s not a criteria everyone agrees with (guests being vaccinated) but it would make everything much more simple.

Unfortunately, it seems that it's only open to residents from Israel.
I wonder how many cruise ships they can fill with that limiting criteria.
Curious to see if other countries will follow.

Israel is fully vaccinated and I think it was mandatory so it’s pretty much everyone over 18 is vaccinate if they could be

It's only for two cruise ships right now and is temporary (just for the Summer sailings), IIRC from RCL. DH and I were looking into booking another cruise for next year when I read RCL's recent announcement on their site. Both of us just got our first shot last week and will be getting our second shot in about 2 weeks. However, we are going to wait until 2023 when we hit our 25th anniversary. We decided to go to WDW next year instead with friends or ours.

I am looking forward to going on another cruise, though. I surprised DH last January with a cruise to the Bahamas for his 50th birthday. We are so glad we were able to do it before the virus hit. It was a much needed vacation that we all needed (our DS18 went with us). We've been missing it since then and can't wait until we can go again.
