Royal Caribbean transportation from Port canaveral to MCO - reviews?

Has anyone booked the Royal Caribbean transportation from Port Canaveral to MCO through the cruise planner? The price for 5 of us is cheaper than booking private transportation. I selected the 8 AM option, hoping that it would get there in time for us to make our flight back to Canada at 1220 pm.
For those who have done this, any drawbacks? I wondered whether we would have to wait for a full bus similar to what Go Port does, but because they sell through the cruise planner and you have to select a time there, they would have a sense of how many people are expected.

Just off our cruise.
Tickets for the shuttle were in our cabin upon arrival. We had selected the 830 departure time, for which we were instructed to arrive at the shuttle for 745. It seems like each bus leaves as soon as it is full because ours left just after 745. Arrived at MCO at 835 AM. Airport security was only a 6-7 min wait at that time. We could have easily made an 11 Am departing flight.
