Routine Magic Band Question please

We are heading down in August and have AP's.
I just ordered the AP MB's.....
Do we need to order MB's associated with our resort as well or should we just use the MB that are on
the way (AP's)??

You can use any MB that is linked to your MDE account interchangeably. Go ahead and get the MBs for your resort reservation in different colors so you'll have a choice each day to coordinate with your outfit.

The resort MBs will be automagically linked. I'm not sure about the AP MBs as we haven't had APs since before the MBs came to be. Hopefully, someone with recent AP experience will chime in with the answer.

You can confirm by looking at the Magic Band portion of your MDE account

But any MB provided to you by Disney automatically should be linked to your MDE account. You should have to do nothing. Just confirm it yourself by check the account.

Any band showing active on MDE will work. Sometimes you have to get the Resort to confirm the band can open that room's door but that just takes them a minute to handle.
