Route from MCO to 24 Hr Walmart to WDW/ASSports?

We're arriving about 10pm at MCO and want to stop at a Walmart to pick up a few things before heading to our hotel for the night. We don't mind paying tolls - but want the fastest route since we would like to get the kids to bed so we can get a decent start the next day.
I've read the different posts that state the difference between the toll roads - but need to know which one will lead us to an open Walmart that late in the evening.

I believe the Walmart we went to numerous times during our visit after Thanksgiving was open 24 hrs. Now I can't remember the directions, but it was not far and I think I found the directions on allearsnet.com
