Route Between Bug's Land and ToT to Close (April 19 to August 15)

According to MP's Weekly Update (link):

"... the temporary connector path between Bug's Land and the Tower of Terror will be closed April 19 through August 15 to allow construction of a more permanent route between the two lands. During this period, Fastpass service for the Tower of Terror will not be offered."

for closing the path and for no TOT FPs!!!

Why would they discontinue FP for TOT during this time???

Maybe the construction/path is near the FP distribution area.

I read that too and it stinks because we are going April 20-24.

because they were testing it to see how well it works... since it worked so well, they are gonna put in something permanent. Besides, it just be like last year when the route it blocked...

That's a silly choice by Disney - no FP's for ToT during the summer season!!! Come on!

I know but I've tried it out, loved it, and now I'm spoiled! Actually, i was really glad to hear they're making it permanent I just wondered why they decided to close it off during a busy season to make the permanent changes.

It's nice to know that that might be the first ride of the day when my family goes. Ok... so I'm not sure about this though. I've only been to Disney World so what would be smarter- going to Tot or Soarin first? It's amazing how different this is, it feels like the parks are combined a bit hah. I'm guessing Toy Story Mania first too?
