We're have an El Nino winter here in WA....so warmer than usual and wet.
The last 5 days have been 47 during the day and about 40 at night. Very good I like no frost or snow.

Mid 80's and sunny everyday!! (Hawaii!!) No cold front, no strange weather here!

Today was my brother's birthday, so I gave him a call down in Florida to wish him a happy one and tease him about being an "old man" now..

All he could talk about was how cold he was - it was 29 when they woke up this morning.. I told him that's what he gets for moving to Florida! He was born and raised in the northeast, but now he has "Florida blood" and considers it freezing if the temps are below 60 degrees.. LOL..

The weather this year is certainly strange - isn't it?

We were in the 20's today.. Pretty typical for upstate NY..

its a warm 27 here right now.. this is the warmest (if you can call it that) its been in 3 weeks.. tomorrow might hit 30!! then the bottom drops out again back to the teens... I'm going thru 100 gallons of oil every 3 weeks.. Its SOOOO cold!

Northwest Arkansas - It gets cold here, but usually doesn't stay cold long. I say usually..... it has been cold and is only getting colder. We have a couple of nights predicted to be below zero!

its a lovely 21 degrees here in western PA...with it only getting colder in the next few days.... a low of 8 on saturday I believe(thats before windchill)

we are really thinking of moving to Florida and no winters is the biggest draw for us...until I read this thread!!! whats up with 29 in Florida

I'm going thru 100 gallons of oil every 3 weeks.. Its SOOOO cold!

Even for NEPA this is NOT normal. 100 gallons usually lasts us 6wks even in the winter... this is just crazy!! at least its not almost 5$ a gallon like last year

We are in a suburb of Charlotte, NC. The normal low/high for this time of year? low 30's/mid 50's. The low/high for the next few days? mid teens/mid 30's with a chance of snow Thursday night. We only get snow about once every year or so. It is COLD- so far the coldest January on record.
DD has had soccer practice (they are getting ready for a tournament at the end of the month) this week, and it is no fun at all to sit in the cold and watch them run around, shivering.
