Call this a pre-pre-trip if you will.

So off in seven days for 5 days at DLP, the gang is a little complicated, there is Debbie (DW) and me. Debbie's Mum & Dad (Disney Virgins), Debbies, Auntie and Uncle (Think Mr and Mrs Bucket I mean Bouquet) who have been to WDW about 15 years ago. Debbies Cousin Tonia and her two boys Dylan and Liam (8 and 6) none of which have been before.

My rough itin is as follows: Monday set off 1:30am in convoy, arrive at tunnel for about 6:00, cross and then drive to DLP for about 11:30 paris time.

Check in if poss then it gets confusing; DW and I have APs, the rest have 4 days passes apart from Debbies Mum & Dad who are going for a two day. So they will hang around the lounge, bar and villiage whislt the rest hit Disneyland Park, probably mainly fantasyland plus the parades and back to hotel for late tea which full group and colapse.

Tuesday - Everyone off to Disneyland Park after breakfast at Explorers (included in the price) probably split up a bit, DW and I will go for the big rides, the gand will do fantasyland again and some shows, parades. We will meet up for lunch and then dinner at, probably, Rainforest Cafe.

This morning DW and I will for go the magic hour to get everyone in the park and shepherded off in the right direction before abandoning them!

Wednesday Debbies Ma and Pa off to Val D'Europe, the rest off us go to Studios, after DW and I magic hour DLP, then we will meet up wife her Ma & Pa at Val for dinner and shops before bringing them home for evening in villiage.

Thursday everyone back in the parks, DW & I will magic hour then meet her M & D at studios for 10:00 do the biggys with them then Cafe Mickey with everyone for lunch. The others will prob have been in Disnayland for morning. All in disneyland for afternoon / evening.

Friday morning again DW & I will magic hour whilst the rest pack and do last minute shops in village, every meets back up at 12:00 to set off for tunnel at 16:00.

Arrive back home and collapse about 22:00!

Along the way we also want to pull in all the rides, all the shows, parades, lots of photos, autographs for the boys, a small amount of present buying - but we are back before christmas so not too much. Debbie wants a snow globe she has been after for years, plus good food and a glass of wine or two - or three - well................

And I fancy one of the tours, but may have to do this on my own?

You ideas, suggestions, critisms all more then welcome.

Sounds good to me. :thumbsup2 I think it's a good idea the way you've planned things apart as well as together ~ that way everyone's happy. :goodvibes

Where are you planning on eating on Wednesday? And the tour, does Debbie not fancy doing that?

Dinner on Wednesday will be a cheaper option maybe F. Del Oro or simular, trying to stick to some kind of budget - fat chance!

No-one seems to fancy the tours at all, which I find strange but guess there are just not as Disney as me.
Thanks

Chris

4 days left at work and counting

Your itinerary sounds fine! I don't know if you have bought the park hoppers yet, but I just wanted to mention that there is currently a 4 day Celebration hopper pass that costs just £18 more than the 2 day pass. I realise that Debbie's mum and dad may be perfectly happy just having the 2 day pass, but then again, it might be nice for them to have the extra flexibility for just a small extra cost. :)

Hi Bexx - do you have any further info on the "4 day Celebration hopper pass" that you mentioned above? In particul when it runs to and price per adult/child - thank you! :flower3:

Hope this link works - Hopper Ticket Special. The tickets are valid until 6th Nov 2008 and the 4 day one costs £93 for adults and £79 for children. These tickets must be pre-purchased, as you can't buy them at the entrance to the parks.
