rough idea of disney room discount/tickets

just a idea if anyone knows this, the wishbook etc says that disney offer discounted rooms when you book to make up the numbers for the room nights, also i think they say that they discount disney park tickets? once again just a rough idea please?

The ticket discount is a paltry $20 off a Magic Your Way ticket with Park Hopper only.

The hotel discounts are a little less than 30% off at Deluxes, less than 15% off at Moderates and less than 10% off at Values.
