With covid a lot has chsnge
But if you have to change rotation or make palo reservation if not able online

csn we still go somewhere upon boarding ?
It used to be enchanted garden
Does it still work like that ?

On the Magic last month requests for Palo had to be done via the app through the chat/text feature. While at Cabanas having lunch I contacted Guest Services for distilled water to be brought to our room for a CPAP machine and then I contacted Dining Services through the app to request a Palo time. I was answered very quickly with a day and time for Palo Brunch for 4 people. It was on our Nassau day but that was fine with us.

I want to add that on our cruise there was only 650 guests and I am not sure if it was just that cruise or all the current cruises but each night one MDR was closed. They were repeating an MDR two nights in a row. So, our rotation was RRLLA. Rapunzel's, Rapunzel's, Lumiere's, Lumiere's and Animator's. It was a 5 night cruise.

You can contact dining services through the app. Or, you can visit guest services. They don't seem to care if you have an appointment.
