You are right about it being after the press conference. However, no where in there did I hear her say she thought the girl should not have a second chance or should have been fired.

So, let me see if I have this straight ... technically, Rosie was correct in her statement primarily b/c she didn't use the term "personal" when discussing Trump's bankruptcies.

If Rosie was "technically correct" she wouldn't have to worry about being sued.
