We're going to the Rosen Center in June, but I've just searched the web for comments on it and found one complaining about the management and staff stealing from guests. Hopefully this is either a lie or it was a one-off! Negative comments like this don't make me look forward to staying at the hotel.

Does anybody have any comments, good or bad, on what staying at the hotel is like? Are the room safes secure, or can the staff open them at will?

We stayed at the Rosen Center for one night via a Priceline bid. It is a very large, nice looking Hotel. The grounds, lobby and building are impressive. Everyone that we delt with was nice. The room is a decent size though not large. The decore is nice and the room was quiet. Red's Deli had good food. I would definately go back if I ever stay of WDW or Universal property.
Our room had a terrible vie. We were down beind another building and looked across a roof full of AC equipment and such to the wall of the back of the other buildin. I am assuming this was assigned to us as we payed such a small price to stay there. It was not a big deal as we arrived at 9:00 in the evening and checked out earlt rhe next morning. As for a higher floor. We also used valet parking as I heard that self parking is quite far away.
