Rose & Crown Question

Is the outside patio at the Rose & Crown Restaurant in Epcot wheelchair accessible? Also does anyone know if the Illuminations observation deck at the restaurant is wheelchair accessible?

Yes it is accessible. There is a ramp along the side that would allow you to go down to the observation area if I remember correctly. It is on the side towards Canada.
