The Rose Bowl was one of ESPN's "Mega Casts" (whatever they call it). Depending on what channel she was watching:This may sound weird but my mother watched the Rose bowl game and said that there was No announcer at all during the game. None. She said they didn't have the half time with a float or two featured either. She said a band all in black played music, but she didnt' know who they were?
I always loved watching the Rose Bowl game with the floats and fun commentary. I wonder if the station she watched was having trouble. I can't believe that everyone didn't have the audio?
Just wondering. BTW: She is 97 y/o and an avid football fan, both college and NFL![]()
ESPN: Main Telecast
ESPN2: Command Center (not sure what that shows)
ESPNU: Skycam (only the skycam I'm pretty sure)
SEC Network: Skycam w/hometown radio
Streaming: Marching Bands
I wonder if she was watching one of the "sub" feeds.
