Hey all. Have any of you eaten here and got a seat outside for the fireworks? I know it says "no requesting" an outside table but do you have any tips or strategies on how to time it just right to get a table outside? We always walk past this place and this time we REALLY want to try it, thanks!!

The last I heard about Rose & Crown, there was not any guaranteed way to get an outside table for Illuminations. They used to allow you to wait for one, but discontinued that some time ago. You can ask at the podium...most likely they will tell you that no requests are permitted. You may need to get lucky.

I also think you can leave an indoor table and go outside to watch the fireworks, but I could be wrong about that.

Last year in Sept. we had ADR's made for 7:30. My DW went up when checking in and asked if it would be possible to get an outside seat. When we were seated it was the lower outside balcony and we had a perfect view for Illuminations. Now her asking I don't know if that helped or not or we were just lucky. It was perfect timing we just fininshed desert and figured lets order a beer to watch the fireworks. The people dining inside were brought out to the balcony to watch. Best place in the worlds to watch in my opinion. We have ADR's already made this June at 7:30 and I hope we luck out again.
