Rose and Crown Epcot Forever package?

Has anyone been able to book a fireworks package at the R&C after Illuminations? I wanted to book this for Dec if it is offered.

Does anyone know if the "illuminations package" equivalent is being extended? or do you think that the CP package will be the only one at R&C in Dec?

Is the consensus that there will be no R&C packages in December? Nor Frozen? Seems surprising, given crowd levels, but I'm not in the know...
