Rope Drop - TSM then RnR and ToT or Other?

I am trying to plan my Hollywood Studios day on a crowd level 6 day. I am trying to maximize the number of things I can do on that day. If we get there for rope drop, should we do TSM first and then RnR and Tot, or should we start with RnR and ToT and just do TSM with a fast pass? Does anybody know what the wait times will be right at rope drop? If the waits are pretty small, I will follow the first plan, because then I can ride either TSM or RnR a second time and ToT a second time. However, if the waits go up too quickly, I will only ride TSM and RnR once and ToT twice.

Because of tiering, I have it set up that I'll go to Rockin' Rollercoaster right at opening. An hour later, I'll do FP+ for TSM and an hour later a FP+ for TOT. I don't know if that's the best logic to save time, but definitely go to one of the rides at opening. If you do RnR you may be able to get on ToT (or vise versa) with a small line as well. Then a FP+ for TSM later.
