Rootbeer Floats, etc

Does anyone remember a few yrs ago, rootbeer floats somewhere in MK came in plastic cups you could keep. And in AK, it came with a straw/spoon combo with Pluto hanging off it. Do those still exist? Or anything like that...snacks with a keepable container?

I don't know about the cups, but you can get really good rootbeer floats at the place back in the corner by Tikki Room and Magic Carpets of Aladdin.

The only place in the Magic Kingdom where I got a Root Beer Float was at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street USA, however it was only in a regular plastic cup.

Doesn't Aloha Isle (where you buy the Dole Whips) have them as well?

I know there are a few places in MK that have them. Just wondering if there are any that are served in keepable cups or with fancy keepable straws, kwim?

I remember those pluto straws from AK. We still have them. Last summer when we went, they didn't have them at AK anymore. Don't know about anywhere else but we had a lot of snacks...free dining...and it was hot so a lot of our snacks were frozen drinks and we never saw them.

We have some of those pluto straws too, from AK, but that was 2 years ago. Last year when we went I couldn't find anywhere that had them.

I remember the cups and straws from AK. We got them at the little walk-up snack shop in Dinoland. It was near the alligator enclosure. I wish I could remember the name. We got ours in 2006, however never tried since then. It sounds like from the others that they don't have them anymore.
