Are the rooms at POP large enough for a twin air mattress? It will be my dh and dd and ds (4 total ) and noone can sleep with my son (such a rough sleeper) I was just wondering how the rooms are set up

You would probably have to move the table & chairs, but there should be enough room for twin sized mattress.

I would think that there would be enough room by the door for a twin air mattress. We have stayed with 5 in a room there and used a sleeping bag on the floor by the door. You will probably catch a lot flack from people on here saying you shouldn't do it, but it will work.

It will be tight and have to be deflated every morning. Can one of them just sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag or have the kids take turns sleeping on the floor?

Yes, there's room by the door. It will be crowded, but it'll work. We did this, because my kids didn't want to sleep together (they're getting too old for that, in my opinion) and I didn't want to sleep without hubby for 10 nights. They took turns each night. We also use it in regular hotels that only have 2 beds.

Yes, there is room, we did it in Jan. 04 for 7 nights and again in Nov. 04 for 8 nights. My 14 yr. old DD slept on it and said it was VERY comfortable! My DH won't share a double sized bed with anyone! Not me and not even our 5 yr. old son! So the 5 yr. old and I were in one bed and DH was in the other. At 1st when planning the trip DD complained about having to sleep on the air matress but once she slept on it the 1st night she loved it and said it was much better then sharing a full sized bed with someone else kicking and hogging the covers!

Also we did not deflate it at all. We just had to scoot the table and chairs down a bit and it proped up between the table area and the wall where the thermastat is. We brought a fitted sheet from home for it and the during the day we folded up the flat sheet and blanket and sat them up on top of the propped up mattress along with her pillow so it was all out of everyone's way. Worked very well.
