Roommate Notification Problems--Anyone Else?

A couple of weeks ago, I tried to sign in to roommate notification and it said that my arrival date was ineligible (August 12th.) Then last week I tried again, and it said that I had signed up, and would be notified when they had made a match. The next day I tried to log back in, and it was back to saying they weren't offering RN for my arrival date.

Then today, I got an email saying that they had matched me with someone, and providing a link for more information. When I click on the link, it takes me to the page saying that they can't do roommate notification for my arrival date! What is going on?

I've already emailed tech support, so hopefully I'll hear back soon. Anyone else sign up yet? Did you have this much trouble?

Thats strange im arriving on the same day as you and they assingned me with a roommate. I'm not sure if she's my roommate anymore though because when I logged in again all her contact info was gone so I guess she decided against the roommate thing. I had already met 4 girls and we decided we would live together. It told me who my roommate was in May 30th. there may be just not enough people signed up for the roommate notification on our day. So I was assigned one roommate and I was wondering I am still going to have the option to choose the number of bedrooms in my apartment? Like the number of bedrooms. I can't for the life of me if they already asked on the questionnaire if I wanted a one bedroom or two, etc. Does anyone know?

This is done when you check-in. They don't do it beforehand.

Update--I now have a roommate! I guess tech support fixed the problem!
