Room Types at Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas

We just became members in November and our home resort is Old Key West (bought directly of Disney). I have been looking at the point charts and I am a little confused. Does anybody know what to expect from the Value accommodation at Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas. I could not find an explanation anywhere.

The Values are smaller than the other villas at AKV and have a lower occupancy. The occupancy for the Values are 4, 4 and 8 for the studio, 1BR and 2BR respectively. The Standard View, Savanna View and Concierge villas have occupancies of 4, 5 and 9 due to the addition of a sleeper chair in the living area of the 1BR/2BR of the non-Values. (Actually the Value 1BR/2BRs have the sleeper chair as well but there is not enough room to open both the sofa bed and the sleeper chair at the same time.)

The AKV Accommodations page on the public DVC website lists the room sizes. For Jambo House they list a size range for each room type. The smaller number in the range is for the Value villa.
